Teen author Beth Reekles just signed a million dollar book deal off her story posted on online publishing platform Wattpad. I had never heard of the service but am looking into it as a possible kick in the butt to writing a novel (since Nanowrimo has no power over me).

I love that there are sections for ChickLit, Teen Fiction and Fan Fiction, but the fact that non-genre fiction falls under "Non-Teen Fiction" is most amusing. 

This is what happens when adults become major buyers of YA fiction!!!
